What We Need Your Help With

We want someone who can:

  • Be responsible for developing the technology architecture of the firm, including but not limited to hardware, software, voice applications, networking, systems and support processes and procedures. May assist with provisioning services for voice communication services for GEMS and their local clients.
  • Work closely with IT managers/supervisors to develop strategy and architecture that will benefit the organization as a whole. May maintain contract compliance for voice and data vendors.
  • Assess new technologies and apprise management of changes that may be appropriate to the mission of the company.
  • Work with field personnel to assess, troubleshoot and resolve problems pertaining to voice and data communication systems or service. May contact vendors or other personnel as needed.
  • Monitors overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately.
  • Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures. Works with others to establish and improve processes and procedures.

    Skills, Education and Experience:
  •  Enough training to show result, we don’t care about your certificate.
  • Microsoft Certification preferred but not required – MCSE NT 4.0, 2000 or 2003

  • 1-2 years’ experience with HP/Compaq servers – SmartStart and Insight Manager.

  • Extensive knowledge of mobile-first design and UX design best practices
  • Good understanding of the C2C marketplace
  • Effective communication, good time management and creativity
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator
  • Experience designing complex solutions for digital environments
  • Ability to commit to 40+ hour work-weeks
